A Cancela House Arouca Paiva Walkways

A Cancela House is a relaxing rural house in the countryside of the municipality of Arouca, famous for the Paiva walkways, the suspended bridge 516 and the river ativitives in river Paiva. In a small village in the north of the municipality, close to the Douro river, only 45 minutes from Porto. In a very peaceful place, near a small stream, the house will offer all the peace and calm to relax and to feel reconnected with nature. Enjoy the swimming pool and the outdoor beds beneath the vineyard!

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!

A Casa das Santiagas está localizada no concelho de Arouca, no distrito de Aveiro, numa zona calma e tranquila, longe da confusão dos grandes centros. Fica a 35 minutos da cidade do Porto, sendo que a maioria do trajeto é feito por autoestrada, e tem estacionamento gratuito. Nos meses de Julho e Agosto a estadia mínima é de 7 dias, reservável de sábado a sábado. É uma boa opção para férias em família ou com amigos e os animais de estimação também são bem-vindos.
