Das stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment verfügt über einen privaten KFZ-Abstellplatz und eine gemütliche Terrasse die zum Verweilen und Entspannen einlädt. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich in Reifnitz 5 Autominuten entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in 300m erreicht. Der Wörthersee ist das ganze Jahr über zugänglich, im Sommer ist der Strandbadeintritt inklusive. Nur über Treppe zugänglich.

Einfach auspannen und erholen, von hier aus Ihre Aktivitäten starten – oder beides kombinieren und einen abwechslungsreichen Tag am eigenen Strand am Badesee (ca. 220 m ) ausklingen lassen. Unsere drei Wohnungen eignen sich ausgezeichnet als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Karawanken oder Radtouren am Drauradweg. Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie zB Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

Ab Mitte September kommt noch ein 4 Schlafzimmer dazu, dann können bis zu 9 Personen in diesem Haus nächtigen.

In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

Our place with charming terrace and superior location is only 150m from the lake and just 50m from bus station. It is a studio for a family or 4 adults with kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
