This is OFF GRID, OFF ROAD, needing off road capable vehicle and adveturous outdoors loving people. Our cabin is built on the banks of Obey (Obee) River With 20 quiet acres surrounding you. The cabin is a comfortable and beautiful place to enjoy the incredible surroundings. Wide porches face the river, and rocking chairs and a bed swing welcome you outside .If you are a nature lover, come and renew your soul in solitude and beauty. The cabin is one steep mile back from Muddy Pond Road, where you can access the local Mennonite community and enjoy unique stores and leather shops. Welcome!

A Little Closer to Heaven Primitive Tree house

This little tree house is primitive with no electricity and no water but has a bath house nearby. This is tent camping in a tree house. Located behind the historic R.M. Brooks Store, it is the perfect place to find peace and beauty . Perfect for hikers. Rest in the huge branches of this nearly 100 year old Oak Tree. A Queen bed awaits you for your restful nights sleep. Underneath you can picnic at the table or swing in the swing that hangs below. This is the perfect place to unplug.

Blue Moon Farm Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the middle of the Big South Fork Recreation area. The cabin is 8 miles from East Fork Stables and 15 from Honey Creek and many other Big South Fork Trail Heads for riding horses and hiking. If you have horses you’d like to bring, East Fork and Honey Creek offer stalls and tons of trails. It’s a short drive to WalMart and Muddy Pond. We also have two RV campsites available with water and electric that are listed separately on AirBNB.

Americana Country Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cabin is perfect to experience the remote quiet life in the country yet it is only 6 miles to the nearest town of Byrdstown TN which is absolutely charming. It still has the southern hospitality in which we all love and endure. This cabin is less than 11 miles from the prestigous Dale Hollow Lake and Sunset Marina where there is a multitude of water activities to do including a sandy beach area at the Obey River Recreation Area.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You can enjoy the mountain air, horses in the pasture, fishing in the pond and the cozy feeling of the cabin. It has a complete full kitchen and a gas fireplace to keep you comfortable in every season. There is 1 bedroom with queen bed and in the loft 2 queen beds that will sleep 6 comfortably. The bathroom has a walk in shower and a claw foot tub. You can sit out on the front or back porch to enjoy the view.
