We’ve successfully rented our holiday home for many years. Perfectly placed for town & beach but tucked away from the main roads and ideal to explore southwold. We have a sunny courtyard with bbq & seating area where you can also park your car. The front door opens into an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with seperate utility leading to a single bedroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with zip n link king bed, a double bedroom with sliding privacy panels with en-suite, & separate family bathroom.

From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

Despite all this, the cottage is quiet and not overlooked. Absolutely no pets ever - so allergies are safe.
