Mansfield and situated in a quiet and rural setting, enjoy the sounds of the Browns River and neighboring Clay Brook from the solitude of your deck. The apartment has everything that you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Just a 2-minute drive to hiking trails and mountain biking; 20 minutes to skiing at Smugglers Notch; 35 minutes to Burlington and the shore of Lake Champlain.

Located 3 minutes from town. Not suitable for small children/toddlers or guests with mobility issues. During summer we are only renting out 6+ night rentals with changeovers on Friday.

Off a quiet dirt road set up in the mountains, The Nest Studio is a bright and cozy space. Great for couples, the studio has a queen bed with an additional small twin pull out sofa, best for a little one. The newly remodeled Moretown studio is close to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and several wedding venues. Coffee and tea is provided. The Nest has a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and tiled shower. Secure bike storage and bike wash are present on the property

Also provided is a continental breakfast with a Vermont flair! This property abuts the CATAMOUNT X-C SKI TRAIL!! From here you can walk or bike to many of the Valley's hot spots! Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.
