Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

Dartmoor/Exmoor/the Jurassic coast beaches and many national trust properties are within easy reach. Regular buses into Exeter and the village has a shop,PO and pub that does takeaways and Sunday roast. Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep and very private. Suitable for a couple or individual.

Venturing outside, further highlights await in the shape of a delightful little enclosed patio area with garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ and also the fabulous feature of a private hot tub. Exeter City centre is only 15 mins drive with Exeter Airport and the M5 - J29 & J30 also less than 10 mins drive. We are in close proximity to Rockbeare Manor wedding venue. We are ideally suited if flying from Exeter Airport. There is also a train station at Cranbrook on the Waterloo line 5 mins away.

Hayes End is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single storey cottage located in the popular village of Whimple in East Devon. It is a short walk from a shop, 2 pubs and a train station and is a great base from which to explore the many delights of Devon. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden for bbqs.

This is a great space for visiting Exeter. It’s central location allows you access to the city centre and surrounding areas, using various transport. There is a kitchenette with fridge, kettle and sink. The room has an en-suite with a spacious shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. Room has WiFi, smoke detector and fire extinguisher. No smoking. There is free on road parking from 4pm-10am Mon-Frid. On w/ends there are no parking restrictions.
