Huge big back yard with smokeless Firepit, Grill, Deck, desk work area with WI-FI and Roku TV access in 3 of the main rooms. It also has covered parking. We have preserved a lot of the original house Incorporated throughout this year long rebuild. This is a warm home and what I hope to be one of the best nights stays the town of Honey Grove has to offer.

Additionally, on the ranch, there are 2 ponds with fishes which are accessible only when there are no events at venue. Property also has an event venue on the backside.
