Anne's Place

Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

This is a peaceful and centrally located home away from home. One block from Wegmans, Tully's, Dunkin, Delta Sonic, Marshall's, Target, Core life eatery, Alta Cosmetic, Nail Salon, Fitness Center, Well Now medical services, a short drive to, Walmart, Costco, Movie Taven and whole host of other amenities, Restaurants, Miniature Golf, churches, Beauty Salons, coffee Shops, etc. Immediately off 690 express way, 10 min from the NYS Thruway, Saint Joseph Amphitheater, Downtown, All three hospitals.

Strathmore Contemporary Home

Completely remodeled 1920’s home in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse. The property is centrally located near a beautiful park with biking and running trails. Located minutes to downtown, close to Community General and Upstate Hospital’s, and ten minutes to Syracuse University. The owners live in the other half of the home, enjoy hosting guests, and meticulously maintaining the property. The house is a side-by-side duplex with 1700 sq ft. on each side with separate front/back entrances.

Whole Tipp Hill House w/ WIFI (dogs ok!)

This is a comfortable 2-bedroom home (w/ two queen beds) in Syracuse’s popular Tipperary Hill neighborhood. It has all the amenities (Wi-Fi, laundry, etc.), in a pleasant location. Just a few yards from the Arboretum (great for dog walks!), it is also within walking distance of Coleman’s, the Blarney Stone, Recess Coffee and other Syracuse institutions. (One claim to fame of this proud historically Irish neighborhood is that it is home to the only stoplight in the US with the green on top!)

Carriage house studio/book nook

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

The George Washington Suite

Step back in time in time as you enter the first-floor George Washington Suite in this 1790 historic home in Baldwinsville, NY. Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance. From your living room, step out onto the grand, columned back porch and stroll through the peaceful gardens. Sip your morning coffee on the patio beside the fountain or under the pergola while enjoying the gas fire pit.

Lovely interior furnishings with your comfort in mind. You are within close reach to the Skaneateles Polo Fields, a free public boat launch, Skaneateles Country Club, wedding venues and a winery. This newer home is fresh, clean and cozy!

Full coffee bar, with pour over coffee, drip and keurig, and espresso machine. Sleeps 6,has 5 beds.

2 Bedroom House with fenced in yard. 2 miles from downtown Syracuse. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, 1 bathroom, dining room, computer, 3 smart TVS with internet and cable VERY DOG FRIENDLY!! PETS OVER 30LBS MUST BE APPROVED. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccines. All dogs must also be on flea and tick preventative care. (I have a dog so if are allergic to dog hair, keep this in mind). If more than allowed numbers of pets, message me to approve booking.
