There are so many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the condo and I love sitting on the balcony taking in the sites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a twin daybed.

It was fully updated in 2021, with new central air, new kitchen and renovated bathroom. This is a beautiful neighborhood to take an evening stroll and see the 100+ year old homes.
