Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Just one minute stroll from the stunning sea front views with two miles of golden sand beach to unwind upon. There's also two private parking places to further alleviate stress. (Which is a real bonus in Exmouth.)

We have two double bedrooms upstairs each with en-suite bathrooms. Downstairs there is another double bedroom with a shower and adjacent toilet. A cosy living area with a smart TV that leads through to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bifold doors lead onto a lovely patio area with further outdoor seating. Car parking for up to 3 vehicles.
