This is a self contained two storey property with its own access attached to the hosts home. Newly refurbished in Oct 23. Dog friendly. We are a 20 minute walk from the beach along tree lined pavements. we are located on the cycle route linking Exmouth to Budleigh Salterton along the old railway route. The open top bus (seasonal) stops outside the property and will take you into town or to Sandy Bay. it is located in the quiet "Avenues" area of the town. The bathroom is on the ground floor.

This beautifully presented property has outstanding views of the sea and the Axe valley and is perfect for a holiday base to visit Seaton, Beer and the surrounding area. PLEASE NOTE:- The price per night is for short breaks. A discount is offered for 7 night or more stay The annexe is adjoined to the owners' main property, and is totally self contained. It has gas fired central heating and is situated in a private road on the west side of Seaton and has the advantage of off road parking.

Light bright airy accommodation on the foreshore of the River Teign, in the village of Combeinteignhead. Fantastic views, peaceful location. Wood fired hot tub (Additional charge applies). Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)

Number 28a is a self contained building with its own front door and parking space. The house is a short walk from the town centre and station. We are about a 10 minute walk from the 2 miles of sandy beach and Promenade. Exmouth is a vibrant town with a good choice of shops (we have a big food only M & S) and a really good Co-Op within walking distance. Plenty of pubs and Restaurants, many with outside seating. The River Cafe on the Exe is a fun trip by ferry boat and serves great food.
