Amazing view of Lake Stevens from this upper-floor guest house. Enjoy almost 700 sq ft of living space and 168 sq ft of deck overlooking the lake. Slide open the two 3 ft wide barn doors to access the private sleeping area with a queen bed and there is a Stanton sofa bed in the living area. Located in the city limits of Everett, Malissa and I built The Tiny Tack House back in 2011 and have enjoyed living tiny so much that we want to open up the opportunity for others to "Try on Tiny" before deciding to do it yourself. We are currently only doing short term rentals. Only stays between two and seven days will be approved at The Tiny Tack House. We have parking for one car. Friends and family may street park. This house was designed, built and lived in by us (140 sq ft).

We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!

It's a private guesthouse entirely separate from main house. Perfect for social distancing. Easy check in at anytime. Restaurants/businesses are within walking distance. This unit does not have a kitchen but will include a personal fridge and microwave. This space is perfect for those staying a few nights to a week. Same day/last minute bookings are accepted! Additional amenities may be included for those who choose to stay longer. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES!

Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.
