Just a heads-up: the unit is on the street level and next to the entrance, so it can be a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends. We provide earplugs, but if you are a light sleeper it might not be the best fit. Coin laundry in the basement. Parking on Franklin St.

There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.
