Le loft cosy dans notre maison familiale possède une entrée indépendante et un parking privé. Un hall, un wc séparé, un salon (wifi, Netflix, Proximus, DVD), cuisine équipée, un lit double et une sdb. Un petit jardin cosy est aménagé. « Chez Lou" est l'endroit idéal pour un séjour détente. (Jacuzzi mai à octobre). Nous sommes à Baelen, à proximité des Hautes Fagnes et de la baraque Michel pour de belles balades. A deux pas, Aix-la-Chapelle ou Eupen, pour des activités, magasins et restaurants.

This lovely holiday flat (highlighted blue, about 40m²), is the ideal location, to explore parts of the Eifel National Park with Lake Rursee. Moreover, the historic Mustard Mill in Monschau, the high rope course in Hürtgenwald, the famous Aachen Cathedral and the international CHIO Equestrian Festival are within a 20 min car ride. In the vicinity of the holiday flat you can find very good shopping facilities and restaurants. In summer you are welcome to use parts of our pristine garden.

Ferienwohnung in saniertem Bauernhaus

2020/21 haben wir das alte Bauernhaus meiner Großeltern mit viel Herzblut und Liebe zum Detail vollständig saniert und die untere Etage zu einer großen Ferienunterkunft umgebaut. In unserem alten Bruchsteinhaus in Monschau-Höfen finden nun bis zu vier Naturliebhaber, Wanderfreunde oder Erholungsurlauber ihren Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Die Unterkunft ist nur bedingt für Kinder unter 2 Jahren geeignet. Hierzu bitte ich um Vorabanfrage. Parken kann man direkt vor der Haustüre auf dem großen Hof.

Das Studio liegt mitten in der Natur und doch sind die schönen Euregio-Städte per PKW in +/- 30 min erreichbar: Lüttich, Maastricht, Aachen, Monschau! Der Eupener Bahnhof lädt ein zu einer Direktfahrt nach Lüttich (Liège), Brüssel, Ostende oder Brügge ...

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Wir bieten eine renovierte Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit großer Wohnküche, Essecke, Wannenbad und seperatem Schlafzimmer in Stolberg Büsbach, nur 10 km vom Aachener Zentrum entfernt. Privater Stellplatz, ca. 70 Meter entfernt, und WLAN kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Wir haben die Möglichkeit für einen eigenständigen Check in geschaffen, begrüßen unsere Gäste aber, wenn es uns möglich ist, immer selbst.

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away. Walking distance to the city center, 20 minutes by car to the nature reserve "High Venn" and 35 minutes by car to the race track Spa Francorchamps. Parking and bus stop are right in front of the house and the highway access is 5 minutes drive away.
