Hit up all your local favorites right in the middle of town and enjoy a nice lake side walk around Lakeshore Drive at sunset or swim at multiple beaches around Lake Eufaula! Cozy home on Lake Eufaula. Just 5 miles off of I-40 and 7 miles from Hwy 69. At the doorstep of Lake Eufaula State Park and Marina. Neighborhood boat ramp is 1/2 mile from the house. Bring your lake toys with covered parking for multiple vehicles and boats. Two secured garages with electric for charging. One can fit an 18 foot bass boat or bigger (see pictures) and the second can fit smaller boats and jet skis. In addition we are 14 miles to Eufaula Cove Marina.
