Chalet indépendant, climatisé, situé à l'orée du village Festes et St André à 1/4 h de tous commerces (Limoux). Terrain clôturé. Animaux acceptés (2 au maximum) Réservation acceptée uniquement sur présentation du permis de détention pour les chiens de catégorie 1 & 2. Accès 4G, wifi. Détente dans un cadre de verdure. Lieu de randonnées de moyenne montagne. Excursions possibles à la journée: châteaux cathares, cité de Carcassonne, Pays d'Andorre, plages méditerranéennes. Lac de Montbel à 20mn.

Chalet Salamandre

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

Le gîte rural de Bergnes se trouve au cœur d'une exploitation d'élevage en Haute Vallée de l'Aude . L'environnement naturel, de type méditerranéen, accueille les cigales pendant les périodes chaudes de l'été dans les très grands pins maritimes qui entourent la maison et le gîte La rivière AUDE est à 1 ,5 km du gîte et offre de nombreux parcours de pêche Vous serez également gentiment accueillis par nos chiens, chats, poules, chevaux,âne et bien sur, le troupeau de vaches allaitantes

Vous aimez le calme et la nature, alors vous êtes au bon endroit, en effet la route s’achève au gîte. Au-delà, les chemins serpentent dans la pinède et les collines parmi les capitelles. Vous pourrez les découvrir à pied, en VTT avec ou sans pique-nique. Le gîte se situe dans un domaine viticole que vous pourrez visiter. Ancienne écurie du domaine, ce gîte indépendant, climatisé, bénéficie d’une terrasse avec pergola et nous mettons à votre disposition, notre piscine (7.2 m x 3.7m).

Enjoy a taste of the exotic at this newly renovated, pretty pavilion tucked away in the heart of the Aude valley. Relax in the privacy of your very own riverside garden! Spend time together in the open-plan living space, on the terrace for 'al fresco' dining, or picnic/BBQ on the riverbank. The pavilion sits at the bottom of rolling lawns planted with fruit trees. You can walk into Espéraza, kayak along the river or turn right for Spain! Ideal for couples, friends or family.

The 1700's 'Mountain Village Studio' in Nohèdes (990m alt.) has been fully restored in 2021 with a contemporary interior design overlooking the village square of Nohèdes with stunning views of the valley and mountains. The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.

Rabouillet is a peaceful village in beautiful unspoilt countryside ideal for hiking. Many walks nearby, even starting from the house itself. Interesting daytrips include Chateau Cathares, natural gorges, Romanesque Abbeys, picturesque villages, Collioure and the mediterranean coast.
