Spacieux appartement dans maison de campagne

Lovely, spacious, light-filled home with beautiful views over the Gers countryside. Enjoy independent access, a private bathroom, kitchen area and two sofas overlooking a huge picture window. One sofa is a sofa -bed which would allow up to six people to share. Outside there is a gorgeous pool and large garden area plus a huge wooden table under the shade of two big trees. Close to the Nogaro recetrack (10 km), Marciac and its Jazz festival (25 km), the vineyards of Madiran/St-Mont and Vic-Fezensac and its Tempo Latino festival (30km). Nautical bases at 10km. 1h30 from the Atlantic Ocean, the Basque Country and the Pyrenees.

7 hectares de Nature avec un duo de cabanes pour vous seuls. La Cabane Perchée à 10 m de haut avec sa passerelle d'accès de 40 mètres avec sa dépendance privatisée la cabane jacuzzi. Deux Cabanes rien que pour vous sur un parc naturel de 70 000 m2 avec nos animaux paisibles et une belle vue sur un très grand vallon jusqu'aux Pyrénées (par temps clair). Notre logement se situe au cœur de la campagne gersoise à Sainte Christie d'Armagnac et se trouve à 4 kms de Nogaro et de son circuit automobile, à 1h30 des Pyrénées et de l'océan, à 15 mn d’Aignan et son lac de baignade avec toboggan et d’un parcours accrobranches. Notre village de Ste Christie d'Armagnac possède un site unique en Europe, classé aux monuments historiques (un mur d'enceinte du château en terre sèche, une motte féodale et son église)
