The main level features two queen bedrooms, a TV room, bath, kitchen and lakeview room overlooking the large, gently sloping yard and lake. Additional sleeping with futons in the TV room and lakeview room. Enjoy brick-paved patio with colorful adirondaks around fire pit, a hammock, horseshoes, ping pong, charcoal grill and picnic table. Come calm your soul in the peace and comfort of a home away from home nestled in the Flint Hills of Kansas. Located on the east side of Tuttle Creek Lake and next to Carnahan Creek Recreation Area. An awesome get away for families, friends and couples. Manhattan is a 20 min drive for city fun. We can accommodate up to 8 people upon request for an additional $20.00 per head per night.

For the explorers, there are plenty of gravel roads to bike, kayaks available for the pond, and flora and fauna to find. ***Please note*** This is a dry cabin-meaning there are no water facilities inside, but there is an exterior entrance to a bathroom/shower off the main house that is available 24/7.

Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, queen size bed on ground floor and a twin bed on ground floor. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.

Capital City Cottage

Entire abode to yourself! Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bath. Off street, covered parking. Roku is available on the TV, for you to log in to your preferred choice of viewing pleasure. Close to VA Med Center & Washburn Univ. Minutes from State Capitol & Downtown. Centrally located from downtown and west side ( where all the chain stores and restaurants are located). NO parties are to be hosted in our house. NO smoking of any kind inside the house.

Pomona Lake Front Cabin

Adorable 2 bedroom one bathroom cabin with a fireplace, large deck with hot tub, pretty view, good water frontage, nice flat yard and private dock to park your boat with a ladder for swimming. The cabin backs to pretty woods which provide peace and quiet, privacy as well as abundant wildlife. The lake is just 100 yards down a nice trail through the woods. A 3 person kayak is available for your use, as well as a fire ring and lawn chairs.
