Walk across the road to Elk Creek and find yourself on prime steelhead water. At the end of the day, kick back next to the fire pit or enjoy the hut tub while taking in the stars. You won't want to leave!

The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment & comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

This 1889 newly remodeled farm house is located right across the road from the Comfort Inn and right off the Findley lake exit. Its 10 mins from peek n peak ski resort. Short 20 mins to Erie, Pa and 10 mins from Northeast ,PA. The kitchen has a refrigerator , microwave ,stove and all the gadgets you need to cook with. Only 2 blocks from Edinboro Lake in a highly walkable, bike-able setting. Take a walk or a bike ride and enjoy a beautiful sunset on the lake. Finish the evening with a cocktail at the firepit.
