Quand vous empruntez le chemin séculaire des pèlerins, vous êtes contents d'arriver, soufflant au pied du mur de Dinant. Notre logis familial est là, qui vous attend. C'est notre grand-père qui l'a accroché à la roche "pour empêcher qu'il glisse jusqu'en bas". Mes frères et moi avons décidé de le garder et de l'ouvrir occasionnellement à d'autres amoureux de la région.

Si l’Ecluse Simon a été entièrement rénovée afin d’offrir tout le confort moderne, aucune transformation structurelle n’a été réalisée dans cette maison enregistrée au Patrimoine régional Wallon.

Maison entièrement rénovée il y a plus ou moins dix ans, récupération d’un maximum de matériaux d’origine( portes d’époque, poutres apparentes ..). Il y a trois ans, une annexe a été construite afin d’amener un espace de vie plus lumineux.Jardin très fleuri aménagé par mes soins, un paradis à découvrir.
