A beautiful self-contained garden studio, located in the heart of historic Highgate Village. The 320 sq foot studio is equipped with King size bed, kitchenette, Bathroom with spacious shower, 55” HDTV, BBC iPlayer, Amazon & Netflix. There is a semi-private outside patio with seating. The village has ten pubs/restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, along with the beautiful expansive Hampstead Heath and Highgate Cemetery. With excellent bus and tube transport connections close by.

Beautiful Secluded Cabin next to the park

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

1 DBL Bed Annex + DBL Sofa Bed + Kitchen + Parking

Our annex has a double bedroom (downstairs), with en-suite shower room, kitchen and parking for 1 car. Upstairs is the lounge/kitchen area, which has an L-shape sofa that is also a (small) double bed. The bedding for the sofa bed is in small cupboard behind the lounge door. We’re in a great location for lovely walks as we are close to Cuffley and Broxbourne woods and the River Lea. Additionally, we are close to London (20 mins from Cheshunt or 40 mins from Cuffley to Kings X).

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a quiet get away. With a gym, queen sized bed and ensuite. A quiet residential part of South London, with a local feel; with lots of enjoyable restaurants, bars and cafes. A 15 minute walk to Forest Hill station, and a 15 minute train journey to London Bridge. You will be hosted by Imogen and Nick. We are both full time secondary school teachers. This Modern Apartment “Woodship” Built in 2013, was my Garden, I personally Project managed the build. I am very proud to share my Apartment and its very elegant and spacious, open living space with Double Sofa Bed and 2 Double Bedroom’s, with private garden. Wood Green Tube Station is 1 min walk away and home to the Brand New Totteham hotspurs Stadium as well as NFL. Alexandra Palace just a bus ride away or 10 minutes walk, also Alexandra Place is home to many Events.

The Lodge at Briggens Home Farm is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained cosy modern annexe located in a beautiful rural Hertfordshire setting only 1 mile walking distance to Roydon village and train station with fast links to London Underground (15mins) and Stansted Airport (30mins). There are numerous country walks just a few steps from the lodge, one of which leads to the River Stort (15min walk) from where you can carry on exploring miles of river walkways.

A modern self contained Annex in beautiful epping forest, perfect stay for walkers or attending nearby wedding venues. A 20 minute walk to epping station (central line into central London), or 5 minute drive, 12 min walk to the high street. 1 comfortable king size bed , desk set up for remote working , with beautiful views . In the summer enjoy your own private garden or enjoy the warm comfort of the open plan living space. Just a 10 min walk from our nearest London station and high street and supermarket.

White Roding - self contained annexe

Our self-contained two storey annexe comes complete with small but well -equipped kitchen, living area, wet room, garden room, 50inch flat screen television and parking. Set in the peaceful village of White Roding, this is the perfect place for a relaxing break. Close to a number of wedding venues including Colville Hall, Down Hall, The Reid Rooms, Blake Hall and Newland Hall, we are also just 15 mins away from Stansted airport.

Blythe Vale Studio with private garden + entrance

Blythe Vale Studio is a self contained, quiet, garden room with own kitchen and bathroom situated at the bottom of a 90ft garden. Private access via the side gate of the main house. It is ideally situated for exploring Greenwich, the Southbank and Central and East London. Train stations are a 12 minute walk away. Like to check in earlier?
