Este apartamento es tranquilo. Todo exterior. Consta de salón/comedor con cocina americana, balcón con vistas , sofá, smart TV. La cocina viene equipada con nevera, lavadora, microondas, vitrocerámica, utensilios para cocinar, cafetera Nespresso y tradicional. El baño es completo. Dispone de dos habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio y que tiene un pequeño balcón exterior y la segunda con dos camas individuales. A 5 min un restaurante rural y a 10 min el pueblo/ciudad.

Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.

This house is a former flour mill over 200 years old, restored in an ecologically friendly and self-sustaining way, and is accessed via a 1-km dirt track. It is located in the Boixols Valley, in the Catalan pre Pyrenees, next to the Boumort Nature Reserve.
