Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. This cute and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is located on a quarter acre lot fully fenced. We will be excepting longer stays and 2 pets max.There is a $30 pet fee for each pet per stay must be paid before arrival. In the evenings roast marshmallows around the campfire. In Walking distance to town and a very quiet neighborhood. We are 4 minutes from Gem Island sports complex and only 4 minutes the park to play.

The ETownHouse Airbnb is less than one-mile from the heart of Emmett and the rodeo fairgrounds. It has a open floor plan (3 bedroom, 2 bath - 1,800 Sq ft) and a large kitchen with skylights. The back porch is a covered patio w/ gorgeous views. This home shares a split driveway. We also have a portable pack and play and high chair for littles.

We’re happy to provide cots and sleeping pads, making this home a great fit for sports teams or large groups

Our home is located less than one mile from downtown Eagle, with all it's great local dining and quaint boutique shopping options. Also within walking distance and not to be missed is Heritage Park where vendors and musicians set up for the popular Eagle Saturday Market during the months of May thru October. Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
