Si trova in zona Statuto, vicinissimo al centro città, ma fuori dalla ZTL, in posizione strategica per il polo fieristico della Fortezza da Basso. La fermata Statuto della tramvia e’ a 80 metri e con 7 minuti sarete alla stazione SMN. Vicino alla stazione Montelungo.

L’alloggio con accesso privato, bagno privato e angolo cottura si trova in una delle zone più belle di Firenze. Puoi raggiungere tranquillamente il centro passeggiando e a fine giornata poter riposare fuori dal caos o raggiungere il Piazzale Michelangelo per poter ammirare il tramonto su Firenze. La fermata dell’autobus si trova nella via parallela. Per chi viaggia in bicicletta possibilità di metterla all’interno.
