Beautiful house/villa, great views near Lucca/sea

Beautifully restored Podere Consani lies in an idyllic setting amongst well-tended natural gardens,(lavender,roses, lemons and herbs) that lead into the adjacent olive groves, vineyard & woodland, in the hills between Lucca and the coast. The house shares a swimming pool with the one other cottage. The owners take great care to ensure guests are happy during their stay. Podere Consani is set in this oasis of peace, it is however only 15 minutes before the majestic walls of Lucca come into sight.

Breakfast inclusive in the price: in the Spring/Summer the breakfast is served on the roof terrace with view! Totally renovated, this house is located on the ground floor of my family home, an ancient house dating back of 1700. Just few kilometres to Florence, but surrounded by the quiet of tuscan country.

Optional: TV, macchina da caffè con cialde di vari gusti, forno scalda vivande. L'alloggio è situato al centro del paese, vicino ai principali servizi. Dista 10 minuti in auto da Pisa e Lucca, un'ora da Firenze e, circa 25 minuti dal mare. Non sono ammessi animali in quanto ce ne sono due già esistenti.

Cà Littoria è un Casale di campagna del 1900, è situata su una collina tranquilla con una visuale suggestiva della vallata sovrastante il fiume Panaro. Dispone di 9 ettari di terreno di nostra proprietà, dove è possibile fare innumerevoli passeggiare lungo sentieri, carreggiate, boschi, e a seconda della stagione, avvistare falchi, gufi, scoiattoli, caprioli, volpi e cinghiali. I nostri ospiti soggiorneranno nella dependance, i proprietari vivono nella parte adiacente.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

Vi ritroverete immersi in una suggestiva atmosfera tipica della campagna versiliese, il tutto a pochi minuti di distanza dal centro della “piccola Atene” e a cinque minuti dal mare di Forte dei Marmi.

Inside you have a small kitchen and private parking. We are wine producers, if you are interested you can book a private tour in our cellar and winetasting after. We serve breakfast and dinner upon request.
