This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The stairs are a little steep for those with mobility issues. The harbour is a highly sought location! A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!

The Sea House

The views from the Sea House cannot be captured in pictures. The sounds of the whales blowing outside your bedroom window is beyond magical. Enjoy your own private oasis with unobstructed ocean views. Bask in the sun inside or outside on the deck. Tastefully decorated, two bedroom, one spacious bath bungalow. This property is located in a historic Bonavista neighbourhood, known as Canaille, which was known for public houses and the fishing class. Many homes in this area of town were constructed before roads. This is why the narrow laneways snake and wave around the homes today.
