De flat is ook geschikt om in een rustige omgeving van 'thuisuit' te kunnen werken. De stijle buitentrap naar de flat en de trap in de woning zijn niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen. Ons huis staat aan het kruispunt van fiets- en wandelwegen. Er rijdt een bus van ons dorp Oelegem naar Antwerpen. De afstand naar Antwerpen is ongeveer 15km met de auto, de fiets of te voet! Bakker, supermarkt, beenhouwer, restaurants en kroeg in de buurt. Welkom in Oelegem!

Gezellig ingerichte vakantiewoning, rustig gelegen in het centrum van Westkapelle op ongeveer 300 meter vanaf strand, zee en dijk. Echt een superplekje! Bij gunstige weersomstandigheden is de zee te horen in de achtertuin! Super mooie omgeving om te wandelen of te fietsen! Fietsen zijn te huren in het centrum . Er zijn meerdere fijne restaurants en strandpaviljoens in en buiten het dorp. Westkapelle ligt op de uiterste punt van Walcheren. Hier heeft men de meeste zonuren van Nederland!

Besloten tuin , prive parking en speelruimte . 4 fietsen staan gereed en een Kano (3 pers). In het atelier aan de achterzijde van het huis op afspraak schilderles. Supermarkt op 2km. Zeer luxe ingericht vakantiehuis direct aan het water met een 13 meter lange aanlegsteiger voor een zeilboot of visboot (ook te huur). Binnen een paar minuten vaar je naar het Volkerak. Het water staat ook in verbinding met het Haringvliet en het HD. Het huis is centraal gelegen voor een dagje Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) of het Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Ook gezellige stadjes in Zeeland zijn niet ver weg. De voor toeristen populaire stad Rotterdam is maar 25 minuten met de auto.

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.
