Please note this is one of three homes available on this property, the other homes can be found as the Concho River Cottage, and the Hidden Haven. Guests can bring their favorite "flotation devices"...whether they be tubes, kayaks or a canoe and are welcome to fish. This rustic cabin is welcoming and enjoyable any day!

Enjoy a laid back river retreat on the San Saba river in Menard, Texas. There is no WiFi! You will stay in a cozy two bedroom, 1 bath cabin with a full kitchen, dinning area, a living room and a relaxing back porch for peaceful mornings and evenings. This property has many walking trails spread out over 5+ acres on the river behind the cabin. You can fish, float, kayak or just relax under the beautiful trees, even stop and have a picnic, if you wish! It's the perfect West Texas retreat!!

Open floor plan 1600 sq ft house with 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in one bedroom & 1 queen bed in other bedroom & 2 full bathrooms. Plenty of parking available & two covered porches allows you to choose your view. Fenced in back yard. ADA with walk in shower with chair & all one level.

110 South 5th Street

Entire 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home with private entrance and small fenced yard. Located just off the courthouse square, a short 5 minute walk to the city park and Llano river. Please do not smoke on the entire property. Infants under 2 years old and children over 12 years allowed. Dogs are allowed. Please let me know that you will have a dog. No cats allowed. Clean up after your dog. Bags provided. NO MORE than 5 guests. I offer a single roll away bed fully appointed.

Red Rooster House - King Bed Centrally Located

The Red Rooster House is a comfortable, cozy, single-story, two-bedroom home with 1,200 square feet of living space. Plenty of on-site parking. 150 foot driveway. Exterior security lights/porch lights and cameras for good night time visibility and security. Easy and quick access to highway and around town. The house is pet friendly but guests must select the pet option when booking. See Pet Policy in the "other details" section. There is a $30.00 pet fee.
