Lovely Cottage in HH-Winterhude

The little cottage to be rented is situated in a high-quality garden (ca.400 m²) within an inner courtyard situation in the heart of Hamburg-Winterhude (Alster lake, city- park near by). Absolutely quiet and yet right in the city life! In the bedroom I have place for one or two adults (bed has 180 x 200 cm)and one child-I'll put a baby bed in the bedroom. Then book for 3 people, please. I have a sofa bed in the living room so I have place all in all for 1-4 adults or childs in this cottage- please have a look at my photos! The cottage has its own terrace - perfect for morning breakfast in the beautiful garden and an increase in the evening to enjoy the wine. Open housing: the living room and the kitchen are designed as an open floor plan - and one bedroom, one may conclude that. The kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering furnished to the chiller - film: stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, espresso maker, toaster, kettle, hand -mixer, high-quality cooking utensils, crockery and glassware for six people for many types of cooking aligned. The supermarket and bakery are also nearby. On arrival you will find coffee and tea in the cupboards. The living area is equipped with an LED - TV with DVD player (also available in the bedroom), stereo system, a wide selection of CD's, selected books and board games.

This unique guest apartment with tiny-house character was an active art studio before it became a fully-equipped, self-sustained apartment. It sleeps 2 (+ 2) in a single split-level room. One bed is reached via ladder, the second a sofa bed. The apartment is still active gallery, with 3 terrace doors leading to a terrace with space to eat and relax. The next bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, the airport 10 minutes by car, there are 2 forests in walking distance and a shopping center too.

Das neue Holzhaus auf unserem Hof bietet die Gelegenheit für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Für die Übernachtung steht ein Doppelbett als Hochbett sowie ein Schlafsofa zur Verfügung. In der Küchenzeile befindet sich ein Kühlschrank und ein Herd, über die Veranda geht's zum Badezimmer. Im Sommer ist eine Mitnutzung des direkt angrenzenden Pools möglich; eine große Feuerstelle lädt zum Lagerfeuer ein. Auf Wunsch kann auch Frühstück und/ oder andere Mahlzeiten zusätzlich gebucht werden.

Direkt neben dem Grundstück fährt der 261-Bus zur U-Bahn und dann ca. 15 Min. zum Hafen oder zur Alster. Ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit Netto- und Meydan-Markt liegt fußläufig 3 Minuten entfernt. Eine Ari-Bäckerei, 6 Minuten entfernt, hat auch sonntags geöffnet. Aldi und Lidl fußläufig in 8 Min.

For loading / unloading, you can drive into the courtyard during office hours, but you cannot park. Parking place 25 € pro night. 7 Min far away

Das Grundstück befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Innenstadt ist gut mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Bus + Bahn) zu erreichen.
