This space is a second-floor unit; the first floor is occupied by the owner. Both units are completely separate with private entrances and no shared spaces. Close to multiple popular beaches, the town library and playground, and just around the corner from the island's largest grocery store make this a great home base!

Private entrance, mini fridge, coffee press & accessories, private bath with shower, washer/dryer, bed in a loft area (ladder access only) with queen size sofa bed available below for additional sleeping. This is our family home with two baby boys. We try our best to keep quiet, but it is important to note their presence; rental has a sound machine.

The BEST Edgartown has to offer with this close to town property set on a private large lot. Two story 4 bedroom house located less that a mile from Main St and conveniently located on the bike path. The first floor features open kitchen and dining space out to large rear yard with outdoor dining set, Weber gas BBQ and outdoor shower. One queen guest bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. Light filled family room with TV with cable and streaming services. The upstairs has 3 large bedrooms.

This is a great one bedroom apartment on the second floor of a house. My place is close to the beach, public transport, the Steamship Authority ferry, Black Dog Tavern, Main Street Vineyard Haven, Stop & Shop grocery, and lots of great shopping. You’ll love the convenience! Walk to the apartment right off the ferry boat. Lots to do in walking distance, and onsite parking. The Martha's Vineyard Museum is a 5 minute walk, down the same street. My place is great for couples and solo adventurers.
