Our suites offer fully equipped kitchens, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, and central air conditioning. Includes two queen sized beds and a pull out sofa to sleep six comfortably. Also includes WiFi, coin operated laundry, and private balcony. All suites are non-smoking. Includes use of our beautiful private beach. Breakfast is not included in the suite rates starting in 2022, but can be purchased. We also stop serving breakfast during the off-peak season when it's not busy.

We are located on the Shining Sea Bikeway in Falmouth, across the street from Goodwill Park, a short walk to the Steamship Authority. Guest are welcome to take bikes over to Martha's Vineyard for day excursions. Beach passes are available, 139 private & public beaches to choose from.

Room #1 is one of 3 bedrooms on the second floor (4 on the first floor). Upstairs rooms are larger, have bigger outdoor decks, and amazing views of the ocean. This room has a Queen sized bed as well as an extra long twin bed, with a twin sized trundle bed.
