You will have the home to yourself, and I do not enter the home during your stay. Also, my home does feature a soft water system which make's for a pleasant shower. Filtered water in fridge. Just a mile away from the Carlsbad Beach, restaurants, and grocery store is super close. We do have a small unit right beside it, you do share the backyard. Family guests may want to enjoy both of our fantastic homes.
