Door can be locked from inside. Shared bathroom with bath and shower. Tea, coffee and complementary biscuits provided (plant milk and vegan biscuits if specified). House is located on the main road with bus stop outside into Liverpool and Arrowe Park Hospital. Five minutes walk to local supermarket, shops, takeaway and pub.

We are offering a large en suite annex room in a converted stables dating from 1871. The room was fully refurbished in 2018 with underfloor heating and shower room. There is a wall mounted table, king size bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail and wall mounted TV. There is ample parking in the courtyard and access to a covered area and patio area to the rear of the house. Tea and instant coffee are available in the room and washing machine, iron and ironing board are accessible on request.
