Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. Garden Cottage in Ganthorpe is located in this idilic hamlet with no through traffic, this one level cottage is located at the back of Ganthorpe Hall, separated by a passage and boot room. It looks out into the orchard and into the Howardian Hills. You can see more on our own web*ite. Lovingly restored by myself, you will find a space filled with books, textile furnishings and walls hung with paintings by my grandfather. 2 dogs welcome (the bedroom & bathroom are dog free).

Set in a charming Wolds village, our cosy cottage has open countryside views and is close to the town and city life of Beverley and Hull. Enjoy a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle. The Black Horse pub is just walking distance, with a friendly welcome, good food and nice beer. Enjoy country walks. We also have a village shop/post office. We have 2 cats Tippletail George and Lilly. They don't go in the Airbnb house, but we can't guarantee it's cat free.

Modern studio annex to 1850s cottage with its own access, close to to the stunning city of York. Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 15 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Well behaved pets welcome. Should the annex be booked for your preferred dates, do look up our shepherds hut. Please note that ‘cancelled dates’ mentioned in the March 2020 reviews were due to government Covid regulations - not us!
