The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. York Garden House

The York garden house stands under a oak tree in our garden, with private entrance. The garden, fire pit area (where you can toast marshmallows or use a disposable BBQ) and the glass roofed seating area/patio (to enjoy a takeaway from the village) are entirely yours to use. The garden room is also very private. It is a small, cosy & warm ( similar to glamping pod) There are electric radiators and its cosy on winter nights. It has two small single beds. Log burner is for aesthetics.

Garden Cottage in Ganthorpe is located in this idilic hamlet with no through traffic, this one level cottage is located at the back of Ganthorpe Hall, separated by a passage and boot room. It looks out into the orchard and into the Howardian Hills. Lovingly restored by myself, you will find a space filled with books, textile furnishings and walls hung with paintings by my grandfather. 2 dogs welcome (the bedroom & bathroom are dog free).

The Spectacular bi-fold doors open out onto a lovely patio, garden and hot tub area, which is a fantastic sun trap.
