Nearby local parks are American Lake North, Steilacoom Lake, Fort Steilacoom, and Harry Todd Parks; Thornwood Castle & Lakewold Gardens are close as well as the historic town of Steilacoom w/ beaches & ferries to Anderson & Vashon islands. Extensive beautiful gardens give everyone the ambiance of a very, very peaceful place. Many love to connect with the friendly farm animals. The BNB is very comfortable & private. The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Just a mile off the freeway, its easy access to the salt water, walking paths & parks, restaurants, museums, stores. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

Come visit the RMR and enjoy the skoolie we call the Bee Haven Bus. Enjoy the sounds of the farm while enjoying a warm campfire. You will have a direct view of the forest, Emus, goats and poultry. When you’re ready to retire for the night step inside the fully equipped bus. There is a sink, 2 burner propane stove top, toaster oven, small fridge, rustic tub with shower, instant hot water heater, queen bed, original bus seat with fold down work desk for a laptop and hammock swing chair.

Black out curtains. Self check in, private covered parking spot directly in front of unit. No stairs- 1 small step up into unit. Close to capitol, Providence hospital & Evergreen state.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.

Fox Island Mid-Century Beachfront Cabin

Beautifully restored waterfront A-frame cabin on Fox Island offers sweeping views of the Puget Sound, Chambers Bay, and a peek-a-boo view of Mt Rainer. Sit on the large deck and watch seals, otters, and whales swim by. Cozy up next to the fireplace at night and play games. Roast marshmallows and enjoy campfire stories by the large fire pit down on the bulkhead. Two kayaks available for use during the spring and summer months.
