Charming 300 sq ft guesthouse is newly constructed and beautifully designed with a cozy and casual style. Set in a well manicured yard with a private entrance. It is freestanding and shares a wall to a second Airbnb listing. Central to all things to do in LA and a short drive to DTLA, LAX, Universal Studios, Disneyland and beaches. I kept the color palate neutral, casual yet chic to really maximize the space. It is amazingly peaceful, comforting and just lovely. The perfect home away from home!

As it is hillside, pavements & steps are UNEVEN & some dust. Use handrails & watch your steps!! Only fans no AC.

Welcome to our newly built studio in East Los Angeles! It’s a quiet, comfortable space tucked away on a hillside, yet close to Downtown, Silver Lake, Dodger Stadium, museums, hikes and more. The studio is bright and airy, with skylights, a queen bed, full kitchen, spacious bathroom, AC and heat, on-site parking, and laundry. There are also two outdoor spaces, including a patio and backyard with greenery and great city views. Perfect for morning coffee, eating outside, or just relaxing.

Designed in a Bauhaus-inspired style, it features wrap-around glass walls, 12-foot ceilings, a queen-size bed, full kitchen, private deck, fast Wi-Fi, central A/C and a washer and dryer ideal for longer stays. A peaceful retreat for up to 2 guests, close to the Silver Lake Reservoir, restaurants, cafés, shops and neighborhood attractions.

Charming detached, private, Guest Cabin available in Boyle Heights/City Terrace/near freeways. It's 7 minutes to the Arts District in DTLA, and adjacent to USC Medical Ctr and Cal State LA. This is an autonomous space on a large hillside property. Wifi and cable! The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC.
