The Old Cart Lodge is situated just a short distance from historic Woodhall Spa in the picturesque county of Lincolnshire. Little High Ridge Farm’s Cart Lodge has recently been converted into a modern self-catered accommodation with a rustic twist. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen in an open plan living room, king size bedroom with en-suite. Outside there is parking available and a private garden with seating areas. Spacious, light and open plan with ensuite shower and conservatory /kitchenette area overlooking a private patio area.

Till Barn is a cozy centrally heated cottage for two, but is surprisingly spacious, with vaulted beamed ceilings in the sitting room and bedroom and fully equipped kitchen and bath/ shower room. It is situated in a pretty and peaceful rural location, but is only 15 minutes by car from Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and 8 mins from the Lincoln Showground, so guests have all the convenience of being really close to attractions but with the advantage of a peaceful nights sleep.

We offer private en-suite accommodation, set within our walled gardens and healing centre.
