The studio is located in a quiet neighbourhood about 4 kilometers away from the city centre of Ghent. Check-in Monday - Friday: 18:00h check-out: 12:00h Check-in Saturday - Sunday: 14:00h check-out: 11:00h Day of check-in you can use the option to dropp luggage, parking space and bikes before 18:00h. Option available from 12:00h! We are both working as teachers fulltime during the week. We prepare and clean the rooms after the working hours. That's why our check-in starts in the evening.

Sauna ( 25€ pp), massage, ontbijt op voorhand reserveren. 2 bedden opmaken v2 pers is 10 € ex. lang termijn verhuur mogelijk mits kosten eindschoonmaak/ + bij extra persoon (wasmachine + stofzuiger) 1 kat buiten.

Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

De woning is volledig gerenoveerd, heeft een prachtige ligging in de scheldevallei, naast het kasteel van schelderode en is met smaak ingericht. Ze bestaat op het gelijkvloers uit een Inkomhal, berging, uitgeruste keuken met eettafel, salon, bureau en eetkamer, slaapkamer, badkamer met ligbad en afzonderlijk toilet. Op de eerste verdieping zijn nog twee slaapkamers, een afzonderlijk toilet en een badkamer met douche. De hoeve is vrijstaand en heeft een grote tuin.

Het gastenverblijf is volledig vernieuwd in het voorjaar van 2023, en helemaal in hout. s’Morgens word je gewekt met de eerste zonnestralen. De rainshower met koud en warm water in de tuin zorgt ervoor dat je na een verkwikkende douche kan genieten van een koffie op een zonovergoten terras. Er is een kleine frigo aanwezig om iets fris te houden, en een electrische verwarming voor de koele nachten.
