The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

It is in a tucked away location yet very close to the centre of Cullompton and amenities, including shops, bars, restaurants, bus routes and only a few minutes drive from the motorway. Only 5 mins drive from Upton Barn Wedding Venue! There is also easy access to the East Devon coastline, Dartmoor, Exmoor, East Devon AONB, Blackdown Hills, Exeter and much more.

Rest Harrow is a 17th Century thatched cottage in the heart of Uplyme. It is a peaceful and idyllic place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyme Regis, which is a 1.5 mile picturesque stroll along the river. It has its own private entrance, living room, kitchenette, kingsize bedroom and ensuite shower room. The hot tub and stunning garden are accessed via the stable door leading from the living room. Hot tub charge is £30 for 2 nights and £45 for 3 or more nights.

Conway Cottage is a 17th century thatched cottage with a large garden in the idyllic village of Otterton, Devon. The Annexe is a self-contained guest suite, with living room/diner, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, fully equipped, recently modernised and redecorated. Ideal for a couple or for a family with two small children as there is a double sofa-bed in the living room. Just outside the French doors is a patio with table and barbecue for summer dining. This is a refurbished Annexe - light and airy with a shower room and adjoining WC. In 2022 we have added a new kitchen, with breakfast bar seating. The property is situated ten minutes from Tiverton and two minutes from the A361 - the main route in to North Devon and Exmoor, and North Cornwall. Extra service: we welcome your dog. However, space in the Annexe is limited so if there is more than one dog, please chat to us first.
