All are welcome to stay in my quiet property, not far from the town centre. With its own patio and parking space(s), it is attached to my home but has a separate entrance and is completely private. You’re welcome to use my garden with its sheltered hammock - perfect for shade in the heat or for shelter if it's raining. It can be converted to a double bed-swing too. Enjoy the books and games provided, small free weights and yoga mat, or make use of the KitchenAid and do some baking. Indulge!

The accomodation is just a few minutes to the M6 motorway, quick and easy access to both Manchester and Liverpool, and Haydock park racecourse. With prior booking the host May accommodate transport to or from transport links etc at a small cost.

This charming barn is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with its peaceful location and beautiful surroundings. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with two bedrooms, a living room with a fire, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also free parking secured by an electric gate, a 49” Samsung Smart TV, free WiFi, and a gated garden area. It’s also located next to a golf course, a short walk from the local pub, a short drive from a Tesco and Starbucks.

The 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is situated along the main high street in Newton Le Willows within 5min walk numerous local amenities, restaurants, pubs-The Oak Tree, Pied Bull, The Balcony, Riddling Rack, The Firkin, The Stocks Tavern, Verona Italian, Chancello Italian, Dragon and Phoenix Chinese, Amans Indian. Boutique shops, salons, train station within 5min walk to Manchester, Liverpool and Chester. Many local places to visit including Haydock Race Course and Knowsley Safari Park.

Welcome to our annexe! Situated in our back garden (with its own private entrance) , our cosy annex was completed in 2021 to a high standard. The annex comprises of double bedroom, bathroom, living area (that can be converted into a separate sleeping area) and a well equipped kitchenette. Located centrally within Chapelford, there is a pub (serving food), supermarket, chemist, park and train station (with direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool) all within a 3 minute walk.

Our apartments are in an ex police station located in a conservation area in the centre of Ashton-in-Makerfield with all the amenities you would expect, also Haydock Park Racecourse is a short walk. We strive to ensure, cleanliness, comfort and value for our guests. Ideal for contractors, trade, business and leisure travelers alike. Our room only option has a choice of two single beds or one super king bed with private shower room, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.
