Our little home is perfect for a weekend getaway or a weeklong business trip stay. We are minutes and walking distance from downtown Dyersville where you can find many shops, restaurants, bars and walking/biking trails. We are located 4 miles from the famous Field of Dreams site and walking distance to city parks.

Welcome to the City View overlooking downtown Dubuque and the Millwork District. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 people and is on the third floor. It is a contemporary styled unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a ready to cook-in kitchen, a dining area, a tv in each bedroom and a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace. Step out on the private back balcony and relax in the private hot tub after a long day of exploring. We hope you enjoy and relax during your stay.

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.
