Excelente ubicación, muy centrico a 3 min caminando del Centro Cultural y de Convenciones Bicentenario, y también a poca distancia caminando del Parque Guadiana, Centro Histórico, Paseo Constitución donde encontrara restaurantes, bares, souvenirs,bancos,principales oficinas. La casa es acogedora, es de dos pisos, cuentas con baño privado dentro de la habitación , un closet amplio, la habitación es grande con mucha luz. Areas compartidas, cuarto de TV, cocina, cuarto de lavado, terraza .
