The Cosy Cow house is located in a court yard and is part of Moonavaud Holiday Village . There are two other holiday properties in the court yard which include the stables and the Farm Lodge. All have been recently renovated. The farm itself is a working beef farm. The property is close to Dungarvan and Waterford and situated on the the coast. Idyllic, remote setting - 10 mins drive to Ardmore, 15 to Youghal. Recent high end renovation and extension. We have young kids so the house is set up to be totally family friendly with everything for families and child safety. Equipment is mostly stored and so the cottage is suitable for letting without kids.

We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!
