Apartment is situated in one of the beautiest parts of Adriatic coast, in little place named Sumpetar which is situated between two pearls of Middle Dalmatia, Split on west side and Omiš on the east side. This beautiful 2 bedrooms apartment is situated directly on the fabulous beach, a more perfect location is not possible.

Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.

It's position between the cities of Split and Omiš offers possibility of exploring many tourist attractions in the area or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful beaches in the neighborhood. The apartment is located right above the sea and offers great sea view at the Split archipelago (islands like Brač, Hvar and Šolta). The apartment has 3 bedrooms. All necessary amenities are at our guests disposal.

All floors have beautiful seaview, parking for cars and possibility to use bbq near house. All of them have big terrace, SAT-TV, wireless internet, kitchen, bathroom etc. Swimming pool area plus 70m2 big lounge on pool level ( huge dinning table, big kitchen, bathroom, 2 couch, Smart tv) 2 upper floors: 5 apartments with 7 rooms and 6 bathrooms. All with huge southern terraces. Just under i have second house so full accomodation can be about 35 people. Great for big groups !!!

Villa Grey is beautifully designed with so many glass doors and windows offering nice sea views, a very bright and pleasant interior with sun in every corner, furnished with style and elegance. The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.

This sweet, sunny, comfortable, and very spacious apartment is placed between Split and Omiš. It is located on the second floor and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the islands. It is ideal for families with children or for couples. From the big comfortable terrace, you are looking at the beach. The big pebble beach is next to the apartment, only 50 metres away. You only have to cross the street. Along the entire coast in the direction of Omiš are many beautiful beaches.

Located in Dugi Rat, a few steps from Orij West Beach and 150 m from Mali Rat Beach, Sea La Vie offers an accommodation for 6 persons with two bedrooms, living room and kitchen, one bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea view. A barbecue can be found at the apartment, along with a terrace. Omiš is 5km from the apartment and Split is 20km from the apartment!
