In a Villa's ground floor is located 27 m² Studio in a peaceful suburb of the town of Zadar, only 80 meters far from the sea. It is approximately 20 minutes away from the town center in walking distance (some 1200 m), and in only 5 minutes in a pleasant walk by the seaside you will arrive to the largest beach of the town of Zadar, called Uskok.
