The Tiger Den

The Tiger Den is a one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment located between Anderson and Pendleton, South Carolina about six miles from I-85. We are 13 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium for Clemson football. We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping.

The yard is a slice of heaven and I hope you rest and enjoy it as much as I do. The apartment is the downstairs of my home but completely private with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor patio and parking area. Downtown Anderson has lots of good restaurants and shopping to enjoy while here.

We are a sports family that now has become empty nesters. Come enjoy our basement with private entrance from outside. There are great restaurants nearby as well as shopping and more. We are 20min from Hartwell GA, 25 min to Anderson University, and 30min from Clemson University.
