Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

No. 8 is a ground floor apartment with its own entrance, private parking, and an elegant bedroom with a king sized bed. Right in the centre of Malvern, yet tucked away in it's own quiet and secluded grounds, with seating in our communal garden. No.8 is the perfect base for all that Malvern has to offer. You are 5 minutes walk to the Malvern Festival Theatre, Malvern Hills and the towns, bars, restaurants, and shops. The 3 Counties Showground is just 10 minutes drive, as is the Morgan Factory.

Byfield House

Byfield House- The farm house to a working farm which sits adjacently. You will probably meet some cows or sheep in the field over the garden fence. Located in the Worcestershire countryside. Cosy home with period features. A large garden which is great for kids to run around and play. Feel free to use climbing frame, goal and trampoline. Large driveway will comfortably fit all your vehicles. Currently building work in the farmyard on weekdays, but every effort is being made to limit noise

Penn Studio@Cropthorne

Our self-contained, ground-floor studio apartment for two guests, is one of just two units on site. It is a retreat, a practical workspace, or a convenient base for exploring. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and mini-oven, for cooking meals in . Fully equipped shower room, electric shower. The main area, has a king-size bed, sofas, a table and chairs, a log burner. It benefits from its own private entrance via a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

Newly refurbished stables, converted to the highest standard, set on the edge of the Cotswolds on beautiful private farmland. Perfect for a romantic, peaceful getaway or as a base for explorers. The property is set alone in a large garden, with private access and dedicated parking space, there is also wheelchair access. Defford is ideally located, with easy access to Malvern, Worcester, Cheltenham, Ross on Wye, Upton on Severn and Stratford upon Avon. There are decent local amenities such as Local Farm Shop, Local Pubs, ( with excellent food ) and only 3 miles from Pershore, where there are more shops and amenities. The property is well furnished with modern decor.

North Piddle self-contained studio

Self contained spacious annex with your own front door, en-suite bathroom, fridge, kettle, microwave, smart TV, hair dryer, seating area and desk space. There is a king size bed and, if requested, a second memory foam mattress on the floor. The studio is completely separate from the main house. There is ample off-road, private parking on the property and you are welcome to use the garden.
