Within walking distance of the village supermarket, pharmacy and 3 good pubs, this is the perfect place for a family holiday or weekend getaway with friends. If you are looking for some vintage charm by the sea and you love the sound of seagulls, Gull Cottage set over 3 floors is the one for you. It's a wonderful place to get away from the day to day stresses with the beach and the sea gulls making it feel like a proper holiday every time. It has loads of character and is as comfortable, in the summer or the winter with either the mature garden or the snug to relax in. The road is made up of pastel colour houses with a real sense of the neighbourly.

Bell Cottage a Beautiful Little Cottage

Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast. Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

Beautifully renovated, two bedroom (sleeps 5), self catering charming Victorian cottage with courtyard garden just one road from Walmer beach. Views over pretty peaceful allotments, free on street parking & 1 small dog welcome. Short walk to Deal or Walmer castle and Deal high street with amazing restaurants, pubs, wine bars, art galleries, Saturday morning foodie market, & great transport links to other nearby seaside towns in Kent. You could even bus to Dover & hop a Ferry to France.

The Cottage is a 6 min drive from the beach or a lovely 20 min walk taking in the woods along the way. St Margaret’s at Cliffe is a 10 min drive and has a lovely secluded beach with a cabin selling teas coffee bacon rolls and ice cream 🍨 and a lovely pub The Coastguard . Deal town is about 10 mins drive away and has a wealth of shops and restaurants. Great market on Saturdays

It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.

My cottage was built in the 1800's and is small but perfectly formed. Newly refurbished it's in a convenient location close to the beach, shops, bars/restaurants, train station and conservation area. It's location makes it the perfect gateway to either London or Europe. Please note to keep my prices low, the price quoted is for couples sharing the main bedroom. If the spare bedroom is required to be made up, it is an extra £20 per night (with 10% discount if longer than one week).
