The Studio has an open-plan configuration with en-suite shower room and kitchenette and is located in the centre of Dover town, within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarket and the beach. The Huon Burrow is a unique underground dwelling nestled into the hillside with amazing views over the Huon River within easy walking distance of cafes and restaurants at historic Franklin in the Huon Valley. The Huon Burrow has half a metre of material on the roof composed of soil, gravel and insulation on top of a waterproof barrier, then 20 tons of concrete and one ton of reinforced steel.
