Hello 👋🏼 My apartment is in the old town. It's close to the train station and the city center. Annecy is small, so you can easily access the lake from my place. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

Duplex entre lac et montagnes

Entre lac et montagnes, situé à 5 minutes en voiture du lac (plage de Duingt), notre appartement est consrtuit dans une ancienne ferme. Il a une capacité de 5 personnes (maxi 6 avec canapé lit). Il est situé à 800m d'altitudes dans un village typique du parc naturel des Bauges. Vous y trouverez un accès direct pour les randonnées en montagne à pied ou en raquette depuis la maison. C'est un lieu paisible en pleine montagne.

There is direct access to the beach, lake and port and the cabin is ideal for active and relaxing holidays alike. Great for couples, a family with children or a small group of adults. Activités multiples à proximité été comme hiver: parapente ou deltaplane, cannyoning, cascade d'Angon, baignade au bord du lac, randonnées aux pieds du studio, golf de Talloires ou St Giez, les châteaux.... bref vos journées seront bien remplies.
